Fitbit is asking me to turn on bluetooth

I got to new I phone 11 and a Fitbit Versa 2. Trying to add the Versa 2 keep getting the message Bluetooth must be enabled. The Bluetooth is enabled. I found a previous comment from 2018 regarding this issue. Turned off WiFi and Bluetooth opened the Fitbit app. Turned WiFi and Bluetooth back on. It has not resolved the issue.
