To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device you're currently using to sync your Fitbit device? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Is your Fitbit recording information but no information is synced or it's not recording your daily stats? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit device.

Best AnswerSame exact issue. Mine had been missing a day every month for the past 2 months. I’ve done multiple resets with app, phone, logging in and out...
when o tried to go to forum for watch- it was written in Spanish. Mostly want my data to all get to the app. Missing whole days- wrecks my data! My health insurance through work tracks this too. And I get discounts. Only when the data shows up though. Please help!
