Got a replacement Fitbit and set it up on my iPad.  Works fine but my iPhone is having trouble finding it? Is it my phone or do I need to reset the app?  Thanks

Hello @mrkgreiner, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new faces around! Smiley Happy

If your replacement Fitbit is able to sync with your iPad but not with your phone, it's possible it has established a link with the Bluetooth on your iPad, which is why when the tracker is trying to sync, it will try to sync with the iPad first as the link will give it a priority. Please keep in mind that this linked is formed when notifications are set up so if you don't like to receive Notifications from your iPad on your tracker, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your iPad and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device and turn off the Bluetooth on your iPad.

Next, open the Fitbit app on your phone and try to sync, it should be able to sync now.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Robot wink
