Charge 2 is not able to set up.

This is a newly purchased Charge2.

 

Appreciate any help that I can get.

If your Charge 2 is not setting up correctly on your phone, please try the following:

  • Restart your phone.
  • Restart your tracker and leave it plugged in and charging.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth on your tracker for 15 seconds and turn it back on. 
  • Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around. 

Then, try to sync your tracker again.
