I would like to confirm if your Fitbit device is paired to your Fitbit account? You can confirm the steps to pair your Fitbit device at How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If your device is paired, please make sure it is syncing. If you experience any difficulties with syncing, please try our troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
