Fitbit no syncing, tried everything

My Fitbit stopped syncing with my iPhone app a couple weeks ago. I tried everything in the help forum including restarting, deleting the app, and upgrading my iOS. Anything else I can do?

My Fitbit app is not syncing with my Charge HR. I also tried everything listed in this forum. Got any suggestions?

"take a look at the fitbit help site" is about the lamest response.  What is the root problem and when will fitbit commit to resolving it?

Fitbit, please provide very specific guidance on the exact steps your team has taken.  What is the best understanding of what the error is, what is causing the error, and how many hours until it is fixed?

Hope you're doing great! Smiley WinkI'd suggest you restart your tracker and then set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.

Before I do restart or try to re-attach the fitbit to my iphone, please explain what the issue is and why this will correct it permanently.  Or are we just trying the equivalent of "we don't know what else to try"?

"take a look" is part of the CC signature, standard shown below every post..

I hope you're doing great @dougryan99! Allow me to help, since the Charge HR is always On we recommend doing the restart in order to refresh the internal logs of the tracker. If the issue persists you can also try the troubleshooting steps listed on this article
