Hi all
My Charge 3 has always been ok at syncing with Strava. It missed the occasional one, which I had to manually create on Strava, but now it's every run (2 or 3 a week). I used to see the Strava map below the exercise on my app face, but now that never appears. I've disconnected and reconnected as advised on a previous post, but no joy. Is it likely to the GPS on the phone (iphone 6) or something to do with the tracker?

I'm sorry to hear that your data is not syncing with Strava. Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.
If the information recorded by your Fitbit Charge 3 is accurate and is getting transferred to your Fitbit account, the Tracker should be working fine. Since you have unlinked/relinked the connection with Strava, you might want to contact their customer support to see if there is any issue on their end.
