Charge 2 won't re-sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve had my charge 2 paired with my iPhone 6 for 3 years, today it wasn’t synced so tried a few steps to re-sync it but nothing worked, led to me having iPhone forget the device and try to re-sync that way. Phone sends number to fitbit but when I put the number from my Fitbit into my phone it says the number is wrong. I’ve been trying for a half hour. Anyone have any fixes?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Knk11312.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 2 tracker has stopped syncing and you're unable to re-sync it. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I would like to confirm if you've tried the following:

  1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. See this link.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit with the steps from this help article.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  7. Choose your Fitbit from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

For complete troubleshooting instructions, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I have performed all of those steps. I am able to get my phone to send a 4 digit code to my Fitbit which I then put into my phone and every time it says the code is wrong. I can still see phone calls come through on my Fitbit as well as text messages but the Fitbit app will not recognize my Fitbit and I can try proceed past the previously stated step.
