I’ve had the Charge 4 since the day it came out along with the premium membership. One of the main reasons I got the charge 4 was for this sleep tracker. It showed my sleep score with the REM cycles last week and now nothing this week. Also the tracking of the sleep scores were very inconsistent as one day they would track and the next they wouldn’t, now it doesn’t track at all. Anyone know how to fix this, otherwise I’m going to have to look in a different direction than Fitbit.

I just replaced my AltaHR with a brand new InspireHR. I thought the Fitbit was causing this issue, but the issue continues. It must be the app. Could be an IOS problem. I have an iPhone. My husband has a Samsung and he isn’t having this problem.

Fitbit support SUCKs. Chatted with them on the loss of sleep score and they didn’t care !!!!!!
