Fitbit not registering on phone what's on watch

For 10 days now when synched randomly showing done a few. Thousand steps - no more than 4000. Everyday done more than 10k. Just synched got 1600 watch shows 6700???????

@TrudyN A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your total steps are not syncing with your Dashboard properly. Make sure that your tracker is set up on your computer. If it's set up, try setting it up from scratch. Please take a look at Marre's post in case you need the setup instructions.

Phone is syncing if I manually do it. However unlike the first 2 months I had it it is not synching correctly i.e. Every day I do more than 10k steps and most days when I manually synch it shows I have done between 4-8k even though the watch states I have done more

@TrudyN Thanks for getting back! I would like you to make sure that your Fitbit is set up on your Dashboard. Please follow @SunsetRunner's post that explains how to set up your Fitbit tracker from scratch.
