@TrudyN A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your total steps are not syncing with your Dashboard properly. Make sure that your tracker is set up on your computer. If it's set up, try setting it up from scratch. Please take a look at Marre's post in case you need the setup instructions.
