Flex won't pair with iphone bluetooth

I've tried restarting both phone and flex . It's constantly "searching " . Thanks for any advice ! I feel like I've tried it all !

I would just like to make sure that you're trying to set up your tracker through the Fitbit app and not through the bluetooth settings on your phone. If you're doing this from your Fitbit app and you've already tried restarting your Flex and also your phone and this doesn't help,  I would recommend getting in touch with the Support Team and they will be happy to take a look into it and see what is going on.

I am having a lot of trouble pairing Charge HR with IOS10 as well. . Charge HR + IOS 10 wont pair device just keeps looking. Done everything except factory reset and my partner has the same problem same, models same operating systems but different phones.

Did you make sure you're doing this from the App and not from the bluetooth settings as I advised above?

Don't worry for now , support are looking into this . Ironically , just managed to pair after post but it only Lasted 18 h last time so we will wait and see . It either will not pair or it looses pair for no apparent reason and then I have reset , delete and reinstall app etc etc before it even spends hours locked in "searching for device " mode and finally crashes . It appears to be a v122 and ios10 issue as before BOTH had occurred everything was fine . So frustrating though 😡
