Both my iPhone and iPad were updated to iOS 10.2 yesterday and the Bluetooth no longer recognizes the Fitbit one on either. Help.

@KarenNS I would recommend that you re-pair your One to your Fitbit account using the replacement setup instructions mentioned here. This should get you syncing again, but please keep me posted.
@lowrybuckaroo I'd recommend that you make sure your tracker is using the most current firmware version. Click here for instructions on how to double check and update.
Next, I would recommend that you and @Grammal try the steps below to get syncing again:
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

I am having the same issue. Since the 10.2 ios upgrade my Charge 2 will not fully sync, and my iPad only recognizes steps, not no other activities are syncing. I uninstalled the Fitbit app and reinstalled it. Now the app does not recognize that the iPad is connected to the internet, so I can't even login.
Any help would be most appreciated.

This did not work. The Fitbit is not discoverable by my iphone or my ipad. I have turned my bluetooth on and off and deleted and re-added the apps. Nothing has worked.

Dear Fitbit, do you know if the Fitbit One is compatible with IOS 10.2? It would be good to know if I am making myself crazy for no reason.

I am having the same problem with my FB Charge. The time is off by 30 minutes (this started today) and I can't sync with my iPhone. Rebooted both phone and Fitbit. There is no update to the app that I can download. Any idea of when the fix will be available? I find it very hard to believe that you are not aware of what is going on here.....

Yay!! I fixed it! I accepted your solution, Derrick, even though it was only part of what I needed to do. I removed the Fitbit from my Iphone, but I was unable to set it up as a new Fitbit. So I restarted the fitbit using the cable and my computer. Then I turned off my bluetooth on my iphone. Then I rebooted my iphone. When it came back I was able to set up the Fitbit as a new Fitbit and it remembered my account. Then on my Ipad I had to delete the app altogether and re-add the app. When I did that the app was finally able to sync. Thank you for your help. A very frustrating day!

@KarenNS The Fitbit One is definitely compatible with iOS 10.2.
If you are still having trouble re-pairing your tracker, I'd recommend the following steps:
1. Restart your One.
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Use the replacement setup process to re-pair your tracker to your account.
@Bearfinz I would also recommend steps 1-4 that I mentioned above.
Afterwards, I'd recommend making sure that you have your timezone settings set correctly on your Fitbit account and then sync your tracker for any changes to take effect. Click here for instructions on how to verify your timezone.

I have tried the solutions you have listed however when trying to repair...my iphone doesnt get past the "Connenting to Fitbit..." This is becoming increasingly frustrating as we have 2 Blazes that are not working correctly.

Hi Pam, this is Karen, I don't know anything about the Blaze as I have a One, but I found that rebooting my Iphone (not just turning it off and on) solved several problems after the 10.2 upgrade. If you have already done that and removed the app and then added it again, as well as rebooting the Fitibit itself using your computer, I am also stuck! I would need the Fitbit experts for more advice.
Good luck. I know how frustrating it is.

have tried all these so called fixes, reboot my IOS on my phone, then uninstall the fitbit app and re-add it, then remove device and now i can only get to the connecting to fitbit and put in the number and it just says "connecting to FitBit.... " this is not only frustrating but putting the same solution in the comments and it not working doesnt help this matter. THe real question is why is this happening!! and is there a real fix.

Fitbit is partially in sync . Not showing total steps taken today and missing about a week of steps .
