Fitbit plastic piece

While unplugging my fit bit her this morning, the plastic piece around the button came undone and bent!!! I've had mine about 6 months and am pretty careful. Anyone else have this happen?

There is a phone number for the USA, an online chat option and web based email for those out of the area.
