Fitbit sense - iPhone doesn’t ring

I have a Fitbit send and IPhone 13.  Ever since I connected my Fitbit, calls are going straight to voicemail.  I don’t have any settings on my iPhone that would cause that (silence settings, etc)

 

 

any one figured this one out?  Annoying I can answer my phone.  I watch it just immediately say missed call.
