Hi there, @devinediva229. Welcome to the Community Forums.
As @SteveH has mentioned, keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect date and time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the time keeps showing incorrect after syncing your Fitbit device, I recommend changing the timezone to a complete different one, then sync your device, and now put the correct timezone and sync again. To change the time make sure you are following the instructions provided in the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

You can't manually set the time, but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?
