Hi, since the last update I've been having issues with my iphone app - when tracking activities, the dashboard on the site shows me tracking of the activities with BPM and average calories per minute as usual, but on the app I get "Not Enough Data Available" for both.
Other issues I've had for a while: (1) the reminders to move have stopped completely. I haven't been able to restore them by turning notifications off and on again or by rebooting the charge 4 several times. (2) During tracking my workout I'd sometimes see "--" in stead of my heart rate for up to about 30 secs. I saw here that it might be that the strap is too tight, but this issue persists however I wear the charge 4.
Please Advise.
I am using version 20001.100.34 on an iPhone 11.

Hi @Niwwy Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for the details provided, as well for every step tried prior to posting. I've moved your post to the iOS board to keep our forums organized. I'm sorry that you're having these difficulties with your Charge 4 and the Fitbit app. It's odd that you're seeing that message and to look into this, please take a screenshot of it and attach it to your reply as described here. In addition to this, log out from the Fitbit app, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, log back into your account, pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and check your details.
About the reminders to move, are you able to receive other type rest of notifications (calls, text, goal celebrations)? Did you also check if the DND and Sleep Mode settings are turned off? Please note that having these settings turned on will prevent your Charge 4 from receiving a notification. You can check this by holding the button and swiping left to access the quick settings screen.
In regards to the heart rate function, even though you've tried adjusting the band, please double check the factors that affect the heart rate described here. Additionally, on your Charge 4 swipe right, open the Settings app and turn off the heart rate. Restarting your tracker one more time using the charging cable, turn back on the heart rate settings, wear your tracker about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone and monitor its behavior.
