Fitbit sleep app

Why does the sleep app keep crashing daily.  Each time I end my sleep and see the stats ok.  Then when I go back it gives me a blanked out end session and you have to reboot iPhone XR to get passed this!

is this a glitch as sleep always worked before the new update!

Could you please answer these questions?

- When you write " sleep app keep crashing daily" , the only behavior you noticed is that the stats from your sleep are not shown on the second view, right?
Did you notice if this happens to other stats or just the sleep option?

Do you see the other summaries ( no details, only the list of records) of your previous sleep records?

Does the App restart or just "hides" the results?

In the meantime . Sync your Fitbit device with the Fitbit App .
As a 1 time exception un install the Fitbit App and turn your phone off and on again. 
Reinstall the Fitbit App and log in. Try to see if your records keep disappearing after the second view.
