Fitbit stair count

Fitbit seems to be counting flights of stairs incorrectly. My count jumped back in June way above normal

Some days I can hike 12 flights of stairs and not get credit for a single one. I can walk past a fan and get credit for doing a flight of stairs. I can go outside and if a breeze comes up I can get credit for climbing a flight of stairs.
