My Fitbit is not giving me the right percentage in a challenge. On the dashboard it says 13,699 but in the challenge it says 125%?!? Anyone having the same problem or any suggestions on how to fix it?

Hello @Chanel_90, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! 

 

Which challenge are you currently on? Have you experienced this situation before? It's possible that you exceeded the goal for that particular challenge, which is why it's showing 125%. However, in order to check this further, please reply to me with screenshots of your challenge and the 125%. That will be very helpful.
