Yesterday afternoon I discovered my Fitbit sync failed when I visited dashboard on iPad mini. After researching this I also checked my iPhone 6 Plus and discovered it wasn't showing the same info as the iPad. The iPad is somewhat keeping track but not for everything. Both are showing low battery even tho I charged recently and all light S are working. I tried some of the simple recipes steps to no avail. My phone is also synced to my car. There was no problems since I've had this Fitbit for 2 months now. Any suggestions??

Welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner! If you're using many devices to sync your tracker, I would check if anyone else (your friends or family) may be using your mobile devices and you're seeing their accounts and not yours. Also, I believe your tracker isn't syncing at all because the battery level hasn't been updated.
Please log out from all your devices, making sure what's the email address that you're using and password. After this, log back in and do a force sync.
Note: there shouldn't be any issue even if you have your phone connected to your phone. Except when you receive notifications.
Hope this helps.
