Hi,

i just bought a Fitbit Charge 2 and I can’t connect it to my iPhone SE. I have downloaded the app, created an account, turned Bluetooth, updated my phone and even re started my Fitbit and no luck.

the app finds my Fitbit, it gives me a code, I enter it and then it just spends ages connecting and nothing happens.

Any my help would be great,

issy

Flex 2 will not complete "set up" with my iPhone.  What do I do?

Hello @Teleia and @Issydnott, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Have you restarted your tracker and your phone lately? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently as well? We have just released a new version (2.41.1). If you have I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Plug in your tracker and check if it's charging.
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal
  3. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices that might interfere during the setup process.
  4. Make sure your phone doesn't lock when setting up your tracker.

If your tracker is still not pairing to your account, please let me know so I can check this further.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink
