Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Darren70. It's great to have you here. I would recommend performing a restart and setting up your Charge HR as a replacement device. If this doesn't work, it could be a good idea checking out if the online Dashboard is updating your stats to verify if the issue is related just to the app.
