Fitbit versa 2 showing high heart rate

I upgraded to a Fitbit versa 2 yesterday, it’s showing my heart rate as 137bpm when ever I walk, I’ve had my inspire HR on to check and that says 90bpm when walking. Is this a known problem? Very disappointed. 

it’s also left a dint in my arm and it’s on lose anyone else have this problem too?

Same goes to me too , my heart rate keep maintaining at 140 to 180 , even I’m sleeping . Very disappointed

It’s such an expensive Fitbit to have issues like this with it.
