Fitbit versa lite has stopped syncing

The watch is telling me to downloaD the app I have tried to restart the watch close the app shut the bluetooth forget the bluetooth reconnect still there is no syncing I also updated the software what shall I do

That message suggests that the fitbti has been disconnected from your account somehow. Try going through the setup process again to reconnect it.

 

Go into your profile settings in the app by selecting your profile image on the main screen and then select "set up a device"
