Fitbit wasn't syncing and now won't let me set up the device! Help!!!

Charge 2 wasn't tracking and I did all the trouble shooting including updating my iPhone. I also deleted the device and was going to set it up again and now the Fitbit app won't let me set up the device at all.

I need help please.....

Was one of the troubleshooting steps you took a restart of the Charge 2 using the following procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

Testart the tracker, restart the phone, remove the tracker from the phones bluetoorh aettings. Now try and set it up.

 

The reason your having problems setting it up is the same reason for not syncing. Telling Fitbit that you dint want to use the tracker, will only add problems
