My Fitbit no longer vibrate,I don’t know what the problem is! It’s been like this a few weeks now

Thanks for sharing that your Fitbit won't vibrate and let me give you a hand with this situation. Before anything else, may I know the model of your Fitbit device? Also, is your Fitbit not vibrating for silent alarms, incoming notifications or when reaching your goals?

 

If you haven't done so, I'd recommend to try a restart process as described here.
