Hello, my fitbit cannot keep time, and it won't sync with my iPhone (I have been able to get it to sync the past several days, but it has taken an inordinate amount of time and nothing works consistently). I've succeeded up til yesterday.
Yesterday, I finally tried the "forget this device" function in the hopes it would re-pair and start syncing and keeping time.
Now it will not pair with my iPhone 6.
I have already searched the forums multiple times for Versa not connecting to iPhone, not keeping time, and not syncing, and I followed the instructions.
I went to the troubleshooting page for when Versa won't pair with iPhone and followed the instructions, including deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app so it would try to connect with Bluetooth. Nothing.
My Versa has become a $200 pedometer and sleep tracker that won't pair with my phone or sync to the app. As a result, my weekly stats are inaccurate because it goes days without being able to sync. Please help!

Spoke with customer service. For whatever reason, restarting my Fitbit made the app request pairing, and the Fitbit paired successfully, even though I have done this numerous times this morning alone and throughout the past week with no luck. I will see if it keeps time now, and I have a case number for if it doesn't keep time.
