My Fitbit won’t charge after completely going flat while swimming any ideas. It’s been 24 hrs but it still won’t charge

Hi @Annette23. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for sharing that your Fitbit isn't charging correctly. To get it working again, let me suggest to try the following steps:

  1. Clean the gold contacts on your Fitbit and charging cable.
  2. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable.
  3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  4. Restart your Fitbit.

If your Fitbit is still not charging or responding when pressing the button, please reply back with the model of your Fitbit.
