I have the Fitbit app on my iPad and iPhone. Recently, the Fitbit progress won’t sync to both devices. The iPad will update but my iPhone won’t. I get a message on the iPhone that the device can’t be found. This seems to happen when both devices are near to each other.
If I delete the app from my iPad, will I lose all data?

Hi there @sfmfitnow. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Fitbit device.
I'd recommend turning off your iPad's Bluetooth when you want to sync through your iPhone or vice versa. The Bluetooth being on on both devices is causing the syncing issue. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
However, if you want to delete the app from your iPad, you can do so without no issues just make sure to sync your Fitbit first.
