Fitbit won't sync to my iphone

For the past 3 days I cannot get my iPhone to sync with my Fitbit. I've tried turning my phone off but that did not work. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MAL13, hope you're doing great! In order to solve the syncing issues I'd recommend following the steps that my friend @DerrickS shared here.
