My fitbit won't sync and hasnt been for a couple weeks now. I have tried to troubleshoot the problems in multiple ways. I updated my iphones IOS, I force quit the fitbit app and the shut the bluetooth on and off, I have turned the fitbit on and off, but it won't sync to the mobile app or my windows 10 application even though they say they have successfully connected to the device.
Please help.

Add me to the list. The Flex worked great up unitl 3 or 4 days ago. I have tried all the tricks in cluding resetting the device. I have had a Jawbone in the past and didnt like that either. Where the hell is the company response to these issues? I started with a less expensive one to see how it works but if the issues like this don't allow you to use the darn thing the to heck with them.
