Fitbit wont finalise sync with Iphone 6

Hi I have Fitbit Charge 2, I have tried syncing it with my Iphone 6, the phone and fitbit identify one another with the fitbit proving the code to input into my iphone however it cannot appear to finalise the connection to Fitbit.

The screen on the fitbit has the phone logo with "www.fitbit.com/setup" continuously scrolling across the bottom, but it cannot complete the syncing cycle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a blaze and it’s doing the same thing so will be glad to know what a solution is!

I had that problem at first with Alta HR. It has nothing to do with your devise model. I just walked to an area in my house where WiFi is stronger, with my Alta HR and iPhone. And they worked. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately not resolved, now returning to Fitbit

Same issue with my Blaze and iPhone X. It's weird. It updated and would sync after i logged in here earlier, not it's not doing it:(
