My iPhone is currently paired with two iPads. I was unable to pair either the Alta or the Flex 2 with my iPhone. Is it because I am already paired with two other devices? I returned the Alta and this Flex 2 is going back also. I have diligently followed instructions and help offers but to no avail. Thanks!

Hi, @SherryGW, your Fitbits can only pair with one device at a time, so if they are paired to your iPads, they will not pair to your iPhone.
I would suggest turning Bluetooth OFF on the iPads and then trying to pair with the phone.
