Have you got loads of other apps on your phone? Also data usage in the back ground affects this ... I know this from Personal experience and also I had to delete the FITBIT app & re-install for the sync to work properly again and I Have had my little pink Flex for nearly 2 years and its amazing... Don't be put of FITBIT if your iPhone is not working ... you may need a little more storage?

Hello @Mel1945 and @DaniGreen, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! ![]()
@DaniGreen, thanks for your insight about this situation. @Mel1945, if your tracker is not able to sync, please update the Fitbit app (as we have just released a new version), then restart your tracker and reboot your phone.
If your tracker is still not syncing, please try to set it up as a new device to reset the connection between your tracker and your phone.
To set up your tracker as a new device:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! ![]()

Hi Marco,
Can you give me some input on how to create a fitbit integrated app? I know it isn't related to the original Topic but I guess you are one of the in-house engineers that that fitbit support have suggested I go forward to?
Dani
