I bought my Flex2 about 2 weeks ago and have searched the forums for help. I've tried restarting the flex, rebooting my phone (iphone 5s running iOS 10.3.3), deleting and re-downloading the app, "trying again" numerous times from the error page, and I still get error 18. Very frustrating!
The flex does not show up on my phone under bluetooth devices, and has not worked at all since I bought is.
Please help! Thanks!

Yay! Thanks so much for replying--I just tried again (having gotten pretty despairing of it ever working) and it worked for me, too! I restarted the Fitbit, deleted and re-downloaded the app, and restarted my phone. It took over an hour to update, but it finally did it! Yay! To our health!

I was just getting ready to ship it back to walmart when app update came out, real happy it's working now.
