My Flex 2 won't pair with my iPhone 7 for cell call notification. Even though it's connected via BlueTooth, the pairing fails repeatedly. My Flex 2 app is updated. ?

Hello @cynashe, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Are you getting an error message when trying to set up Notifications from the Fitbit app? Have you updated the app and restarted your Flex 2 lately? If so, I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled
    • Allow Notifications
    • Show in Notification Center
    • Show on Lock Screen.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Reset Notifications in the Fitbit app:
    • Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if Flex 2 is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
    • Open the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Flex 2 > Notifications and enable them once again.
    • When the app asks you to pair the tracker, tap on OK.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
