Flex 2, steps are not showing on the iPad app.

I have just started using my Fitbit flex 2 which I have had to sync with my iPad due to my mobile being a Nokia lumia. However the app does not show my steps at all? This is the one thing I wanted it for 😞

Do your steps show in the fitbit app on the iPad?

Which lumia do you have? Many are supported by fitbit. See www.fitbit.com/devices

Hello @Nana42, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board the Community! It's nice to see you around as always @SteveH, I hope you're doing well, thanks for your help with this situation.

@Nana42, if your steps are not showing, please scroll down on the app and tap on the Edit button. If the tile is hidden, it will appear and you will be able to add it by tapping on the plus sign on the top left corner of the tile.

If the tile does not appear as hidden, please tap on the Account tab on the Fitbit app, check if your Flex 2 is listed underneath your name. If it's not, let's add your Flex 2 to your account once again:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When (or if) the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
