So after I found my flex 2 after 3 months, wanted to try and resync it. I went to the resync option and it wouldn’t resync. So I deleted it off of my app and tried to reset the flex 2 on the app. However, I keep trying to sync it with my iPhone 7 and it keeps telling me to turn on Bluetooth for my phone and I have it on. And it’s not appearing in my Bluetooth to connect to my phone. Any help with this?

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @TeaguePlamondon
I see your having trouble getting youR Fitbit Inspire to sync to your iPhone. I hope I can help you. I would suggest this:
log of your Fitbit app
force shut the app by swiping up
shut down your device completely and wait about 1-2 mins
now turn your device back on
log on to your Fitbit App
now test your syncing
If your still experiencing syncing issues I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. You will not lose any data doing this. Here’s how:
1. Log out of the Fitbit app and force shut the app by swiping up
2. completely uninstall the Fitbit App from your device
3. now completely shut down your device and wait about 1 min then restart your device
4. once your device has reloaded reinstall the Fitbit app by downloading it from the App Store
5. once it’s installed, log into your device as you normally would with username and password
6. don’t touch anything in the app...just wait until you get a prompt from your Bluetooth.
7. When prompted by your Bluetooth tap yes
8. now try to sync
Doing this will give you the cleanest install and should repair your syncing time issues.
😃 I hope I was able to resolve your issue. If indeed I did please tap “best answer “ under my post so that it can help others who may have issues similar to yours.

After my last update my Flex2 stopped Syncing! No matter what I do’ It syncs for a moment then stops. It’s beyond frustrating having a tracker that’s not tracking! Like what the hell Fitbit? Why is your App so Screwed Up Non-Functioning?!. No it’s not my home WiFi or Internet Service! It’s your App Failing below Sub-Standards. I’ve done all the steps for my tracker to sync & it syncs for that one time then stops.. ugh Fitbit fix your **ahem** app!. I-watch is looking so much better then Fit**ahem** Tracker App @ this point! I’m beyond Pissed 😡 😤 trying to deal w/ your Sub-Par Non Working App. Fix It!!!
