Flex not keeping charge

Charge my flex but won't keep charge

Hi there, @Fiestajunior. Welcome to the forums! Sorry you're having issues keeping a charge on your flex. Have you tried re-starting it?  That will normally resolve a myriad of problems. Tap here for instructions. Do the re-start 2 or 3 times. Please let us know if that resolves the problem.

Have tried the restart and thought that this had worked, but still having problems, had done nearly 6000 steps by lunchtime today, then went shopping which involved more steps but my flex has not added anymore, have put it back on charge and did another restart so still waiting to see what the outcome will be

Still having problems, was on charge all last night, but nothing. Have charged it again and did a restart and It is showing full charge. Have now put it back on, showing I have done 8 steps so will see how I go from here today and post again

I have now turned off the all day syncing and so far have found that this seems to have done the trick, if I get any further problems I will use the forum again, thanks for the advice
