Flex not showing on app

I have got a flex and made a Fitbit account. The app works as in I have my dashboard but it's not recognising my tracker. I've done all the normal Bluetooth off and on, close app and open, turn off devise and on, re set the Fitbit flex but still no joy. Any help appreciated. I know the flex works as my wife gave it to me and she has just got a new Alta. I am installing on iOS. There is no where to say add device....

My flex just stopped syncing. I just says searching

@kjw1070 Welcome! I would recommend re-pairing your Flex to your Fitbit account using the replacement setup process mentioned here. This should help you get back on track.

@Bertha1 To get your Flex syncing again, I would recommend:

1. Restart your Flex.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn Bluetooth off for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
