Don't worry about this. It could be an issue with the tracker or the Fitbit app itself, so let me suggest you a couple of things. First of all, please perform a restart of your tracker. If after that still not syncing, please take a look of the options on this article I can't sync my tracker and follow the troubleshooting there.
