Flex not syncing

Help please. Never had any problems syncing with my iPhone 5 since I got started 9 months ago but hasnt synced since the app upgrade a couple of days ago. Have tried the forced app shut down and switching Bluetooth and phone off s d in again. I don't really want to lose my data history either - be a waste of 'walking the length of New Zealand ' 😉 thanks in advance

Hi @A13FAB let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Smiley Very Happy Don't worry about this. It could be an issue with the tracker or the Fitbit app itself, so let me suggest you a couple of things. First of all, please perform a restart of your tracker. If after that still not syncing, please take a look of the options on this article I can't sync my tracker and follow the troubleshooting there.
