Hi @FitMeCordy it's great to see new faces around! Don't worry, let me suggest you to perform a restart of your tracker by following the instructions on this post. If after that your Flex still not syncing, I suggest you take a look of the instructions on this article "I can't sync my tracker". I'm pretty sure this will get you back on track!
