App not logging in

My app for my fitbit charge I have on my iPad won't log in. I have reset the password thinning that was it but the "logging in" icon spins until I eventually force quite the app. I think it would go for hours if I let it. It also didn't send the password reset email right away, I had to request it a couple of times. How do I get logged into my account?

Thanks for stopping by! Cat WinkI noticed @SunsetRunner provided his help to move your post to the correct board, thank you my friend! Man WinkI'd like to know if you're using your correct email address and password and if you're receiving any error message when trying to log in?
