Flex not syncing

Prob been asked a million times before but i can't sync to my iphone. it's all up to date, and even been reset. I just brought it today... PLEASE HELP

Fastest to exchange at the store of purchase. When purchased from the fitbit store, t's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.

I've contacted Fitbit, waiting for a reply.

 

I've tried connecting to my Laptop and it appears to be working well it found the fitbit at least so it makes me believe its an issue with my phone which i just purchaed yesterday also. i double tap on the fitbit and it lights up by going back and fourth once then flashing twice. Everything is updated btw
