Flex not working on wrist band

Help! My friend bought me a Fitbit flex and have been using it since Thursday with no problems until yesterday.
The Fitbit is fully charged and while it is plugged into charge it connects to my phone no problem and all lights show up but five mins after being put into the wristband my phone cannot sync to it anymore and the lights don't appear 😞 I have already restarted the Fitbit. Also it tracked my sleep when I plugged it into charge and linked it to my phone.

Hi @Rach789 and thanks for trying to troubleshoot your Flex. The following steps should help you out:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
