Sounds pretty weird that your Flex is not being paired with your new iPhone 6s, and I appreciate the time you spent following some steps to set it up your tracker. However, I would like you to take a look of some other instructions that you can find on @AlejandraFitbit post to pair your tracker on an iOS device.
