Flex set up

Today i got a new phone, iPhone 6s Plus and was unable to sync my flex so I deleted it and tried to re add it and it will not let me. I have reset it several times, I have rebooted my phone, I've done everything I know to do but it still will not add my device. Very frustrated!!! Can anyone help me??

Welcome to the Community! Smiley Very Happy Sounds pretty weird that your Flex is not being paired with your new iPhone 6s, and I appreciate the time you spent following some steps to set it up your tracker. However, I would like you to take a look of some other instructions that you can find on @AlejandraFitbit post to pair your tracker on an iOS device
