Hi @Rose65 let me give you a hand on this! Ok, first of all, please make sure that your iPad is on the list of compatible devices, if so, then you just need to download the Fitbit app from the App Store, once its installed, tap on "Log in", enter your e-mail and your password and you will be able to sync. ![]()
