My surge won't properly "synch now" with the app...it spools "looking". I have to close and reopen the app multiple times before they'll synch. I do not use all day synch function, Bluetooth is on, my phone has no outstanding software or app updates and both phone and Fitbit are adequately charged. Thanks for your help!

Hi @Curlyque71 welcome to the Community! Let me give you a hand on this. 😉 please perform a restart of your tracker by following the instructions on this post. If your tracker still not syncing, please take a look of this other post which as instructions to repair syncing issues.
Let me know if that works!
