Flex won't connect to my 6th gen iPod

I've tried all the restarting and shutting off and uninstalling and and and. What can I do to get my Frinkin Bit to connect?

It's a shame to hear that your Flex is not syncing properly try the troubleshooting steps below:

 

  1. Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  3. Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  4. Try syncing with a computer instead. 
  5. If you're still unable to sync, contact the Support Team so they can review your device history and tell you the options.
